BCC -Basic Camera Class Week #1 of 4

We photographed cute chicks in class today!

I am sorry everyone could not make it to this first class.  We will review composition, quickly, again next week.

Camera Class was fun because Katie brought live chicks for us to photograph.  Composition was our focus this week.

After the power point by Angie Caldwell, we took magazines and each shared a photo that included something about composition that was part of what was learned today in class.
Leading lines
Framing,
Rule of thirds,
Simply the background if possible,
Point of view --Perspective
Balance in a photo - light and dark, close and far away, one corner and opposite corner, etc.

Then we practiced what we learned. We photographed cute chicks! woohoo!

Let's each try putting up some of our photos from today.  Also, this week, if we are able to get any photos from stuff learned in class, let's put them up as well.
